One of the Hong Kong Government Bureau selected OceanX ECM

Hong Kong – 17 Jan 2018 – One of the Hong Kong Government Bureau has signed a deal with OceanX to use OceanX ECM, providing document management solution for their users.

Users are concerning about the security control of document data. OceanX ECM can provide a number of advanced security features, such as full system encryption and “system change control” authorized by two-level system administrators. OceanX ECM helps government secretariats and departments manage confidential documents, they don’t need to worry about data leakage.
